What to do?

Hmm I've ORDed since 13 september 09 and still haven't found a job (or decide to study). I don't know if I can cope with university if I do get into one. Four years isn't a joke, what if I cmi and waste money/time (which I am already wasting).

Besides, I've already forgotten about IT/programming stuff. Should I get a non-IT related job which does not help me get IT-related experience and regret later?

End Of Long Weekend

I'm on leave today! Been quite some time since I last blogged, guess I'm getting lazy >.<

Sianz. Gonna have another outfield this week, hope time will fly by just like it does during weekends. Anyway, a new month's coming and guess what? Yes, freaking new guard duty schedule's gonna come with it.

Batam Trip (140908)

Woke up at 9am today where we had our complimentary buffet breakfast in the hotel. I had Nasi Lemak, Bread, Brownies and a cup of coffee. Turns out that today the hotel's boss's daughter wedding is held in the hotel today. We then went to watch the wedding at the hotel lobby cause we had nothing to do.

After checking out at 12.30am, we were brought to BCS instead of Mega Mall. I had Nasi Goreng and watermelon juice and it's both sweet -.-'''. After that we were brought to a temple and we stayed in the bus.

Finally we took the 4.15pm ferry back to Singapore and my long-waited holiday comes to an end :(

Batam Trip (130908)

Woke up at 6.40am today and took a taxi together with my brother, cousin and auntie to Habourfront Centre. When we collected our ferry tickets, a fat guy from the tour agency smoked us that the ferry will be leaving at 8.15am and so my sister who was having breakfast then distributed her breakfast around to us -.-'''.

We took the 9.15am ferry to Batam and our first destination was a Guan Yin Statue towering 23m in height. Next, we went to Barelang Fisabililah Bridge (Cai Hong Bridge) and the tour guide told us that this is a very famous bridge in Batam and there are several other bridges that connect the other small islands of Batam.

After the photo taking sessions, we went to a local Kueh Lapis Bakery where free samples and coffee were served. My sister bought a 1kg original and chocolate Kueh Lapis each. The tour guide then decided to bring us for an early lunch at Golden Prawn 555 Seafood Restaurant as most of us were already hungry. We had seafood lunch consisting of Sambal Kangkong, Fried Sotong, Fried Fish, Butter Prawns and Snail?!? They then have a cultural show or something but all of us just stayed in bus lol.

Then we proceeded to Yong Heng dry market where there is not even a shop signboard. The items they sell don't interest us anyway. Then we went to a so called Polo factory which is in fact just a Polo outlet shop in some slum.

We then went shopping in Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The clothes sold in Batam are all 'O Piang' de -.-''' I had A&W's fish sandwich burger meal with Root Beer float! Then I had a super sweet Latte in Godiva Cafe as there's basically nothing else to do in this mall. My auntie however, shopped like there's no tomorrow for Joelle, Jolena and Darius's stuff.

We then checked in our hotel called Pacific Palace, left our stuff and assembled for our BBQ dinner at Golden View Hotel. The dinner is cold, and basically cui. The live performance by Singapore's 'Superstars' consist of unknown people from Singapore and is also cui. Jeremy, Desmond and me went to watch Man U vs Liverpool match in that hotel's bar instead.

We then went back to our hotel. I had a bath and fell asleep in like a minute.

Batam Trip Holiday

I'm going to Batam with my auntie, cousin, sister and brother tomorrow. Hope it'll turn out to be an enjoyable experience. Gonna reach Harbourfront at 8am tomorrow. Finally time for me to relax my senses.

I'm on off today due to yesterday's Army "Half" Marathon 10km run. I also took Tuesday's off to get some rest before my Guard Duty on Wednesday >.< Anyways I was so bored today I went cycling this afternoon. I rode to Whitesands and met my auntie and niece for a tea break session.

First Day In Sembawang Camp

Today morning I woke up at 5.40am to shower and prepare for the trip to Sembawang Camp. Turns out to be a long wait till 1pm before I drove 100 minutes on the return trip. Reached home at around 6.45pm and change my room light blub. Sigh, have to wake at 5.40am this week everyday. >.<'''

Sentosa Trip

Went on a Sentosa trip with my brother and cousin this morning. Had a sun tan session under the wonderful sunshine. Not to mention the cooling sea breeze too. We ended the day's trip with a Superdog lunch in Vivo City.
